Due to the application of such casting technology and high-purity raw materials, AZS brick of oxidated electrocast zirconia-alumina products are possessed of special and high quality of erosion resistance of glass liquids. In addition, it has the minimal pollution to the glass.
AZS-33 bricks are excellent in preventing the pollution of glass liquids. The possibility of causing glass stones, bubbles and basic glass phase precipitation is quite slim. It can be applied to the upper structure of melting pool, the tank wall corner tiles,paving bricks and other approaches as well.
AZS-36 bricks are the standard Fused Cast AZS Refractory bricks brick which boasts of the quality of particularly high corrosion resistance of glass liquids and low pollution. The casting methods of fused zirconium corundum bricks are ordinary casting (PT), inclined casting (QX), non-shrinkage casting (WS) and quasi-shrinkless casting (ZWS)
Usage of ZB-1681/ZB-1691/ZB-1711 Fused cast zirconia corundum bricks
Fused Cast zirconia corundum are widely used in glass melting furnace because the fused zirconium corundum brick is an important refractory material variety in modern glass melting furnaces. It is currently produced in a large amount in the world. It is a widely used refractory product. It has good resistance to glass erosion and resistance to rapid cooling and heat. The heat load performance is applied to all important parts of the furnace.
PT: The usual pouring method, the shrinkage hole of the product is
located in the lower part of the casting mouth, and it is mostly
used for the upper structure of the melting pool.
QX: The oblique casting method is adopted, and the shrinkage hole of the product is offset to the lower end, which is mainly used as a pool wall brick.
WS: Non-shrinkage casting, the non-shrinkage product of the shrinkage hole part of the cast brick is mainly used, such as the liquid erosion hole, the kiln sill, the corner of the pool wall, the paving surface, etc.
ZWS: Quasi-free shrinkage casting, mainly used as pool wall bricks, basically removing the shrinkage of the cast bricks, mainly used as pool wall bricks.
